What is Matcha?
Matcha is a type of green tea made from whole tea leaves that have been ground into a fine powder.

How is Matcha different than regular green tea?
Matcha and green tea both come from the same plant. During the last month of it’s life, Matcha is grown under shade which transfers all of the amino acids and nutrients into the leaves which is then grinded into a fine powder ready for consumption.
How much do you recommend we use?
We recommend one serving per day! However, we recognize everyone has different tolerances, so you can certainly have more. Keep in mind the FDA recommends no more than 400mg a day for healthy adults. You may want to check with a health professional before starting.
Are there any health benefits to Matcha?
Yes! Matcha has been shown to improve mental clarity, help reduce blood pressure, and boost weight loss. Not to mention it’s packed with up to 147x more antioxidants than regular green tea!

Sure, you are welcome to request your refund within 14 days of receiving your product!
Shipping
What carrier do you use?
We ship primarily USPS but will use UPS or Fedex upon request.
How fast will I get my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. And by strive, we mean all orders will get out in 24 hours unless we are closed or it’s a holiday. (We promote family and friend time here at Freedom Tea!)
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes! The option to upgrade shipping will be at the checkout page!
Can I purchase and have it shipped to a friend or family member?
Absolutely! We hope you share how great Freedom Tea is with your friends and family! We can gift pack these upon request!
My shipment never arrived.
Reach out to our support team and we’ll get your situation handled, rest assured we’ve got your back!
Has my order shipped?

How do I cancel an item in my order?
Click the ‘My Account’ link at the top right hand corner of the site to view orders you have placed. Please note, once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How much is my shipping?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer support within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are not shipping internationally.
What about Alaska and Hawaii?
We currently ship to all 50 states, however Alaska and Hawaii will have to pay a slight premium to get their products!
Payments
What methods can I pay with?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.
Do you store my credit card information?
Absolutely not. We process all of our transactions through Stripe who is an industry leader in security and e-commerce transaction processing.
Is my information secure?
Our website uses bank-level encryption with the best SSL (security socket layer) which creates an encrypted link between you and the credit card processor. The SSL scrambles your data which can then only be read by the processor after it’s been received by a unique key.
What about taxes?
Taxes are automatically calculated and taken out in the checkout page.
I need a copy of my invoice.
Click the ‘My Account’ link at the top right corner of the page to print your invoice.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon checkout of your shipment.
How do I use a coupon?
On the checkout page you will see a box at the bottom where coupon codes can be input.
How do I use a gift certificate?
Upon receiving your gift certificate, you will be given a unique code to input during checkout.
When will my credit appear on my account?
It can take anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on your bank for that to appear.

How do I create an account?

How do I edit my account information?
Click on the ‘My Account’ link at the top right hand side of the site to edit your information.
I forgot my password.
Click the ‘My Account’ link at the top right hand corner of the site. Under the login box, you’ll see a link that says ‘Forgot your password? Click here.’ That link will send an email to you with your password.
